About
The "Its Just Racing League" (IJRL) is a premier F1 esports league ran by a team of volunteers. We have members from all over europe, and a few from other regions of the world, who create a thriving and competitive community around the sport of F1.
We welcome any one of any ability and experience, and with our tiered racing system you will always be in for the chance of a win. All drivers can also get their limelight as we stream all the races in each tier, run by our amazing group of volunteer commentators.

History
The IJRL was founded in 2020 by a group of 3 friends in the UK, during the first covid-19 lockdown. The first season consisted of one tier with a 21 race calendar on the F1 2020 game. We had over 30 members competing, many who are still with us today, taking part. After this first season the 3 admins transfered ownership of the league to another one of their friends, who had been bringing members with his F1 livestreams on Twitch.
Since DeTor took over the league it has since grown to a community of over 300 members across 3 tiers of racing, with a refined system in place to keep them all running smoothly, and as of the beggining of summer 2022 is going into its 5th season, the last of which will be on the F1 2021 game, before the release of F1 22.
